Established in 1992 Slammin Salmon has been the Hudson Valley’s premier
gourmet shop. Located in the heart of Millbrook, New York .Through out
the years, we have received such titles as “Best gourmet shop” and “Best
caterer” in the Hudson Valley. The New York Times has us listed as the
best place for Fresh Wild Salmon.
At Slammin Salmon we offer that "old school" gourmet shop feel. Our
specialties include hand cut aged steaks, artisan cheese and the
freshest fish. We receive fresh produce and Eli Zabar’s artisan breads
from Manhattan every day. Our shelves are stocked with local dairy
products, free range organic eggs as well as a full line of gourmet
retail groceries.
We are the perfect destination for deliciously prepared foods. Whether
you fancy rotisserie chicken, homemade soups and salads, or a full
dinner Slammin Salmon is sure to please. We are a great destination for
a wonderful lunch, we provide café seating and our seasonal menu is
constantly changing. Our daily lunch service is Tuesday thru Saturday
from 10:30 am until 3 pm.
